The stay was excellent on her first visit, with a central location being a plus, enjoying lunch at King Burger nearby and appreciating the spacious room and the delightful view of the garden.

The staff were polite, the breakfast was plentiful and everything was perfect. The location was marvellous and brilliant, just 5 min walk from Church of Santa Ana. There were supermarkets and a local shop around the hotel. I've had an excellent stay on her first visit.

High quality food, incredible service and excellent view of the garden. Great and brilliant location to the lake where the pots are in the ground cooking and tastefully decorated rooms. Also - short walk to the Terra Nostra park 24h, a lovely big botanical garden, and Furnas for 3 days. Free parking onsite provided. Could use hotel's casual restaurant and spa.

This venue is exceptionally clean with extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff members, offering warm breakfast and beautiful garden views, as well as a variety of goodies.

The room had a beautiful view of the garden, and it was well-maintained with lovely decorations. the garden bar was a great addition.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and good value. The location next to the amazing gardens is fantastic. The room is stylish and new-fashioned. The bathrooms are large. I spent 6 nice days here and will definitely be back.

Great location near park Terra Nostra, free entrance to it and just near vulcatic pool. The old style building and quit place make great atmosphere.

The location is good.. Everything is very clean.. We had a room without a view of the park but when we arrived they informed us that they had changed us to one with a view.

The room is carpeted, which, I find in itself unsanitary.. They charged us 5 euros when we ordered food from room service. I've never seen anything like it. The decoration, from my point of view, is antique, although I understand it's a matter of taste. . The staff is attentive and friendly in an also "old" style. There are buttons and everything! I haven't seen it for a while. I find it a bit uncomfortable, but I suppose there are people who like it. . Breakfast is not bad, but it's not crazy either. And the restaurant.. Expensive. We spent 80 euros on dinner and almost without realizing it. In general, it didn't meet our expectations after the reviews we read.
